From a Keel to an Acorn
You will get acknowledged with the Mars-Vitiaz, a shipbuilding monument of the first part of the XX century, as a unique technical object, its constructive features and work of the ship’s mechanisms. You can visit the “heart of the ship” – its engine room, hold, radioperson’s deck and other cabins which are not available at the other excursions…

From the History of the Russian Undersea Fleet
Only having visited a real submarine you can understand how difficult service of submariners is. During the excursion along the seven compartments of the submarine B-413 you will get acknowledged with the history of the current Russian Fleet and main types of submarines. The Space Odyssey
The excursion aboard the unique vessel Kosmonavt Victor Patsaev is about the history of the Space exploration, fellow-townsmen-astronauts and international space programmes. You will see some shots about the first flight of a human to space, visit the exhibition “Three Elements of the Star Flotilla”and learn about the fortune of the legendary space fleet of our country.

Stars Are so Far/The Planetarium
The exhibition from German town Midlen narrates on life and work of Frederick William Bessel - the great mathematician, astronomer and initiator of the Koenigsberg observatory. You will learn about scientific heritage of the Albertina, main achievements of astronomy of the XIX century, unique research equipment and watch the Cygnus thorough the Bessel’s telescope. And the planetarium below the waterline will move you to stars and secrets of the Universe…

The Main Building

The World of the Ocean. ATouch…
You will get acknowledged with the history of archebiosis on the Earth, sea dwellers’ world, face the sharks and piranhas, move to mysterious coral reefs and see a collection of shells. The exhibition “Giants of the Ocean”will bring you nearer to the biggest ocean inhabitants – whales. The exhibition “Shores”will show the variety of sea shores. The active lighthouse with unique Fresnel lens will give an opportunity to watch the city from bird's-eye view!

The Ocean within Glass Shores
The biologists will show you the unique aquarium museum complex and tell about specific keeping of sea dwellers. You will learn some interesting facts from the history of aquariums and sea organisms in artificial conditions; watch exotic dwellers of tropical seas. Specialists and maritime biology fanciers are welcome to the advanced excursion along the aquarium hall!

The “Maritime Koenigsberg-Kaliningrad”

Fragments of old ship, the witness of flourishing maritime history since the Hanseatic League is a basis and a symbol of the exposition “Maritime Koenigsberg-Kaliningrad”. It is the town of the Albertina and Kant, the town at the sea side owing to the maritime canal; the town where ships are born, the town of sea science and fishing fame. It is the past and the present where the baron Munchhausen (an adventure-seeker) and the scientist Michael Ermolaev met, where the Krusenstern’s sails sing and the Amber shore calls. Meeting with the town – familiar stranger – is unforgettable!

The “Grand Embassy” in the Koenig Gates

From ruins – into the symbol of the city’s 750th anniversary! The return of the Koenig Gates and transformation of the historical and architectural monument into the historical and cultural “Grand Embassy”centre is undoubtedly luxurious present for the jubilee. The excursion “Grand Embassy” contains information about the contradictory history of the fortress-town at the crossroads of military and diplomatic ways; you will meet famous foreigners and Peter I who visited Koenigsberg!
